Bullish Catapult
The Point and Figure Bullish Catapult consists of three main characteristics.i) The battle between buyers and sellers will form a Triple Top.
ii) The sellers will raise their hand and pull the stock to lower level. It won't be forming any bearish pattern. The stock will have minor setback or correction.
iii) At the end of the setback sellers will dry up and buyers will start dominate the battle and take the stock to upper level, which will form Double Top.
If any of the mentioned point is missing then it is not a valid Point and Figure Bullish Catapult.
Bearish Catapult
The Point and Figure Bearish Catapult is exactly opposite of Point and Figure Bullish Catapult. It consists of three main characteristics.i) The battle between buyers and sellers will form a Triple Bottom.
ii) The buyers will raise their hand and take the stock to higher level. It won't be forming any bullish pattern. The stock will have minor rally.
iii) At the end of the minor rally buyers will dry up and sellers will start dominate the battle and take the stock to lower level, which will form Double Bottom
